Recently I posted an article on LinkedIn on Customer - 360 degree.
Now a days enterprises are quite aggressive to built customer 360-degree view but still many organizations have wishlist's of initiatives to achieve. Due to lack of data management best practices and data analytic, companies are shifting their focus to rely on reports and sentiment analysis. Trends, applications, data points and customers demands are changing very often pursuit of Customer 360-degree view is a never ending process is what I believe.
The often cited but seldom realized Customer 360-degree is a complete view of customers by aggregating data from the various data points (both Internal and External).
Due to high competition in market customer's need is always "On-Demand".
